Roman-Era Artifacts Found in England

LUTON, ENGLAND—Luton Today reports that three roundhouses, boundary ditches, and pits were unearthed during work to expand a cemetery in Bedfordshire by archaeologists from Oxford Archaeology East. Seven Roman cremations, three brooches, a bath flask, Roman pottery, and medieval pottery were also found. The artifacts are expected to be presented to Luton Museum.
