CAMBRIDGE, MASSACHUSETTS—Geneticist George Church of Harvard University thinks that it will soon be possible and even beneficial to bring Neanderthals back from extinction, if human cloning ever became acceptable in modern society. “Well, Neanderthals might think differently than we do.
