Based on the fossil record and artifacts, Emma Stark's 40-foot mural depicts life in the verdant Brazos Valley in the late Ice Age, when Pleistocene hunters shared the landscape with cave bears and sabertooth cats. Nearly 5,000 artifacts dating from 9500 B.C. to the recent past are in the collection.
