Victorian Waterworks Excavated in London

News February 11, 2013

LONDON, ENGLAND—Helen Wickstead of Kingston University is excavating the site of Seething Wells, located on the school’s campus. She is also looking for a garden marked on nineteenth-century maps. “A garden on a site like this might tell us more about the people who lived and worked nearby,” she said.
